We invite you to play a significant and fascinating role in a leading investment house as a Learning and Development & organizational development specialist 

Responsibilities

Leading broad processes in the field of organizational development – employee evaluation, surveys, and executive training

Management of the company's internal academy, while leveraging innovative learning solutions and their implementation (working with an LMS learning system)

Accompanying and developing managers – employee onboarding processes, mentoring and organizational changes

Identification of learning needs and knowledge gaps

Responsibility for operating training for employees and managers.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Organizational Consulting / Organizational Behavior 

3-6 years of experience in learning and development

Previous experience working with an LMS system

Ability to develop materials and build processes independently alongside dealing with external suppliers

Experience in accompanying managers, building and leading organizational development and learning processes
