UX Designer JB-3081

Responsibilities:

● To lead a team of marketing and UIUX designers - full ownership for the Use experience,

look & feel of all marketing and product designs.

● Create campaigns, ads & web pages for our paid acquisition activity.

● Work closely with the acquisition teams and monitor relevant KPIs to optimize the

creatives toward success.

● Translate product functionality and technical details into simple-to-use flow, by using

eCommerce best practices and combining great UI/UX with strong CTA - to achieve the

goal of a higher conversion rate.

● Work closely with the Content and Product team

Requirements:

● 5+ years of designing and developing innovative concepts for stunning marketing campaigns and eCommerce User experience

● A strong online design portfolio consisting of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles

● 2+ years of proven experience managing and leading a team in a professional web design environment.

● Deep knowledge of web user experience, with a business result-oriented approach.

● In-depth knowledge of key marketing platforms and performance media channels.

● Familiarity with online marketing basic metrics & KPIs.

● Professional, efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.

● Willing and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
