Job Profile

• Design and lead feasibility and verification tests of new technologies

• Involvement in inspection algorithms and various simulations

• Define and characterize specifications of new products

• Project management capabilities: plan project activities and timeline, customer R&D and supplier contact, on time delivery of commitments

• Contact with external suppliers, cooperating companies and academic institutions

• Lead or support product cycle from design to transfer to production

Candidate Profile

• MSc/PhD in physics or chemical physics

• Ability of conducting and leading independent research and development

• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external contacts

• Ability for parallel work on several projects

• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of measurement methods and data analysis. Matlab / Phyton – advantage.

• Experience in project management and planning – advantage
