Head of HR

Gini-Apps is seeking for a HR manager to lead our HR department and drive HR initiatives to support the company's growth and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle HR-related issues and conflicts
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in HR management or related field
• Experience in recruiting technological positions
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and training programs
