Driivz is looking for an IT Engineer!

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility over internal IT support.
• Maintain the company's internal environment.
• Network management and configurations.
• Manage Driivz’ meeting rooms equipment.
• Keep track on assets management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as an IT Engineer/Tier 1- A MUST!
• 3+ years of experience in supporting high-tech environment or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, printers, conference rooms, Wi-Fi and other IT systems – A must!
• 3+ years of experience with networks, switches and routers
• 3+ years of experience supporting company employees using MDM (Intune preferred).
• Deep Experience with Windows and MAC environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting), Office 365/Entra AD.
• Experience with backup tools and restore processes.
• Fluent English.
• Problem-solving attitude – independent, proactive, get things done!
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fast learner.

Advantages:

• Experience with Video Conferencing systems, information security tools (EDR, Phishing tools, anti Virus, etc.), SSO implementation of IT systems.
• Virtualization knowledge (VMware).
• Knowledge of project management software/Bug tracking software (Jira/Confluence).
• Basic Electricity knowledge.
