Startup Nation Central seeks a part-time Freelance Data Engineer for our Tel Aviv office.

At Startup Nation Central, we help global solution seekers tackle complex challenges by giving them frictionless access to the expertise and solutions of Israel’s problem solvers. Finder is the business engagement platform of the Israeli tech ecosystem, creating connections, generating deal flow, and fostering new business opportunities – in addition to delivering actionable insights and valuable data.

Responsibilities:

This is a part-time Freelance Data Engineer role. The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data architecture. He/she will develop and maintain data models, create and manage ETL processes, and implement and manage the data warehouse. The Data Engineer will collaborate closely with the BI and Data Analysts as well as the Product and R&D teams.

Location: Tel Aviv

Scope: 2-3 days per week, at least 2 days in the office

Qualifications:

· Hands on Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and ETL skills

· Background in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions

· Experience with BigQuery or similar DWH platforms

· Proficiency in SQL and Python

· Power BI - advantage

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Fluent in English
