Interim Human Resources Coordinator

Jewish National Fund-USA seeks to recruit an interim Human Resources Coordinator to its Israeli office.

The position is in Hod Hasharon, in the scope of a full-time position. The position is temporary for at least 4 months (replacement for maternity leave) with an option of extension.

Job description:

· Responsibility for end-to-end recruitment processes using Sales Force (advertising positions, filtering and sorting CV’s, conducting first screening interviews, scheduling interviews, updating the recruitment system, sending answers to candidates etc.)

· Handling all paperwork regarding the employee's life cycle in the organization from onboarding to termination of employment including managing the offboarding process.

· Taking care of the employee's well-being, including the planning and implementation of organizational events for employees, birthdays, holiday gifts and more

· Administration and preparation of payroll data, including working with Har Gal, system (onboarding process and forms, personal information and filing in employee records, and all relevant HR & Payroll information)

· Working with SAP for all purchases related to HR

· Assisting the Director of HR with creating training materials (using powtoon to create videos etc)

· Support other assigned tasks as needed

Requirements:

· A bachelor’s degree.

· At least two years of experience in the field of human resources.

· Very good English (speaking, writing).

· Very good computer skills (MS office) and a good technological orientation and ability learn quickly.

· Excellent interpersonal communication.

· Very Good administrative skills.

· Ability to multitask with strong attention to details.

· Service oriented.
