Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on operational efficiency and meticulous management of our sales process from lead capture to close. We need a proactive individual with at least 5 years of experience in sales operations, adept at identifying and addressing process gaps, ensuring no lead is overlooked, and maintaining smooth operational flow across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the sales process, ensuring seamless conversion of marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads and customers.

- Identify and address process gaps or inefficiencies within the sales funnel.

- Maintain and enhance our CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting of leads and sales activities.

- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion rates.

- Monitor sales pipeline and lead progression, providing regular reports and insights to the sales and marketing team.

- Develop and implement sales operations policies and procedures for an efficient sales process.

- Train sales staff on lead management best practices and CRM usage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts and improve overall effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, with a focus on process management and optimization.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools; Hubspot proficiency is advantageous.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience with marketing activities such as brand, growth, or product is a plus.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Fluency in English is a must.
