Senior User Acquisition Manager

Powtoon (the world's largest DIY video creation platform) is growing its marketing team. With 40M+ users and a foothold in every major Fortune 500 company, We're now launching "Powtoon Imagine," our new suite of AI tools, featuring AI Video Assistant, Script Writer, Text-to-Voice, Avatar Maker, Storyboard, and more.

We're looking for a passionate data-driven, user acquisition wiz to join our B2C SaaS platform "Impact" team and lead Powtoon's growth to new heights.

Who you are:

• You have a solid understanding of all marketing channels: PPC, SEM, Google, Social (paid and owned), and are an expert in paid media marketing
• You love doing strategy and hands-on campaign management
• You know how to scale our paid acquisition efforts and evaluate/introduce new marketing channels and tools
• You're consistently proactive and take initiative - you never need to be asked "what's the status of"
  
  

• Build an acquisition strategy to supplement Powtoon's existing traffic engines
• Optimise Powtoon's existing traffic engines
• Monitor website analytics and drive ongoing optimization
• Use the most cutting edge tools, technologies and best practices
• Scale and reach new audiences and niches
• Work closely with creative and product teams to evolve the product based on analytics and marketing results
• Mentor a team of marketing specialists
  
  

• 5+ years of experience and proven track record in growing paid acquisition efforts with large budgets at scale
• English - mother tongue level - MUST
• Hands on PPC experience- MUST
• Experience building data-driven marketing funnels and integrated campaigns using marketing automation tools
• Robust data analysis skills and experience with analytics tools, and Ability to drive actionable insights
• Problem-solving abilities with results and detail oriented approach
• Ability to communicate results to management in a clear executive summary format
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to be agile and work in a fast and dynamic start up environment
