Director of Learning and Development

We are looking for a Director of Learning & Organizational Development.

What will you do:

• Design and implementation of the organizational development strategy - overall responsibility from the strategy-building stage, identifying needs and gathering required knowledge and skill gaps on all levels of the organization – from individuals to senior management.
• Building an implementation and measurement plan.
• Forming the learning program - managing the training budget, developing trainers, and implementing methodologies of learning and training methods (such as learning, knowledge communities, and apps).
• Management of the entire training system.
• Management of a training and literature unit for customers.
• Responsibility for accompanying managers and organizational consulting.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Israeli citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences/development and organizational consulting/work studies/business administration with specialization in organizational consulting.
• 5 years of experience in managing organizational development and learning in an organization with at least 500 employees.
• Experience in developing career path plans and implementing them, finding and developing young talents to leadership/management roles within the organization.
• Experience in conducting organizational surveys.
• Experience in identifying needs and building a work plan on organizational development and learning, to meet business goals.
• Experience in providing professional support and organizational advice as HRBP to the HR department and professional managers.
• Experience in identifying training needs, and their development at all levels.
• High expressiveness in speaking and writing in the Hebrew language.
• Mastery of the English language.
