We are looking for an experienced Front-End Development (FED) Team Leader with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of clean code and robust testing within the team, with proven track record of instilling a sense of ownership and accountability among team members, leading to the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Skilled in promoting best practices for code quality, readability, and maintainability, with a focus on creating a testing culture that ensures reliable and bug-free applications. Adept at guiding and mentoring team members to elevate their coding standards and take ownership of their work, resulting in increased efficiency and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive feature development from initial requirements through to final delivery.
• Engage actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile framework.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
• Uphold high standards in code quality, scalability, readability, and performance throughout development cycles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of development experience in modern frontend technologies.
• At least 2 years' expertise with TypeScript.
• Profound knowledge in JavaScript and React.
• Familiarity with state management libraries.
• Ability to navigate and resolve intricate technical challenges, demonstrating autonomy, top-notch design, and analytical prowess.
• A mindset that challenges existing paradigms, constantly seeking workflow improvements.
• A B.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent expertise.
• Proficiency in creating and supporting reusable and maintainable components.
• Experience in writing unit tests.
• Familiarity with the Functional Programming paradigm.
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright- an advantage.
• Extension development – an advantage.
• Electron framework – an advantage.
