Job description

This is an individual contributor position, and duties will include the following:

• Conducting tests and measurement by existing procedure, definition of required measurement procedures according to product merits, establishment of measurement set ups and measurement procedures for packaged electronic devices (Power Transistor).
• Design of test equipment, engaging in hands-on laboratory work, assembly, and
• comprehensive documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge in setup and usage of modern test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope Signal acquisition equipment) .
• Working with technology/device/reliability engineers in the creation of production test solutions that meet cost and performance requirements all while making sure customer requirements are satisfied.
• Demonstrating initiative and exercising sound judgment to identify and implement appropriate solutions for assigned projects.
• Interfaces with technology unit internally, technical interface with R&D and customer support.

YOU ARE BEST EQUIPPED FOR THIS TASK IF YOU HAVE:

• Electrical Engineering BSc. or 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in electronics assembly, soldering skills.
• Proven hands-on knowledge and experience in setup and usage of modern test equipment (DMM, Oscilloscope Signal acquisition equipment) and establishment of measurement set ups including hardware and/or software.
• Must be a self-starter, be able to work with minimal supervision, and have good problem-solving skills.
• Experience in power semiconductors will be highly valued.
• Intermediate English level (reading and writing).
