Come join our Global Finance department as a billing specialist

As part of this role, you will be responsible for accurate and timely customer invoicing, regular maintenance of billing accounts, and customer data integrity in our systems.

*About The Role*

Handle customer invoicing in our logistics and finance systems

Provide any information needed by the customers or internal organs, in a timely manner

Take part in the company's monthly Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring timely sales order processing

Process internal requests for customer data changes

Register and reconcile collection from customers

*Requirements*

Experience in a Billing role - advantage

Experienced with Excel- MUST

Strong English skills - both in writing and verbal - MUST

Team player with a proactive approach

Ability to manage routine tasks repeatedly and identify improvement opportunities

Ability to follow directions, meet strict deadlines, work independently, and show flexibility

Excellent communication and organizational skills
