Job Brief

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will need to see the big picture while being detail oriented. You’ll need to be agile, adapt quickly, thorough, and well organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in continuous dialogue with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, the customer success team, sales personnel, and operations, to gather and refine product requirements.
• Convert product strategies, along with customer insights and market demands, into a structured list of prioritized product features.
• Craft detailed product specifications and requirements documents.
• Prioritize requirements, focusing on activities that promise significant impact, swift market delivery, and the most efficient allocation of resources.
• Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for requirements, feature enhancements, and innovative ideas, organizing and scheduling their implementation effectively.
• Develop a profound understanding of the customer experience to identify potential product improvements and address any gaps.
• Facilitate the dissemination of product knowledge throughout the organization by conducting training sessions and producing comprehensive product documentation.
• Take the lead on launching new features and products, ensuring smooth rollouts and effective market introduction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience of at least 5 years in product management roles.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Experience in combined hardware-software products.
• Great UI/UX sense.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies – huge advantage.
• Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Hard worker who is ready to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Curious, initiative, self-learner.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
