Ad Operations Manager

Castify.ai is an Israeli based startup company that enables content creators to seamlessly build, distribute, and monetize their own branded OTT apps and linear (FAST) channels to all major platforms. Since its establishment, Castify.ai has grown rapidly and consistently, now working with some of the world's most reputable content creators, monetization partners and direct advertisers.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for planning and managing programmatic campaigns, display and video on CTV and mobile, including tracking metrics, identifying any issues that may negatively impact performance, and adjusting as necessary.
• Optimizing campaigns performance and profitability by analyzing different monetization channels, user behavior, and engagement
•  Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement monetization features
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform monetization strategy
• Monitor and track CTV apps monetization performance, analyzing data and use insights to improve results on our inventory
• Explore new revenue streams and opportunities

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Deep interest and understanding of digital advertising, and the CTV ecosystem
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial engineering, Economics, etc.) - an advantage
• Fluent English, spoken and written - a must
• experience in programmatic ad monetization ecosystem including SSP/DSP platforms and ad servers – An advantage
