Formulations Researcher

The position involves developing new crop protection formulations and researching innovative technologies. The role requires collaboration with various teams across the company, both in Israel and abroad, including manufacturing, registration, patents, analytical lab, organic lab, and field staff. Responsibilities:

• Developing new crop protection formulations
• Conducting research on innovative technologies
• Collaborating with various teams across the company
• Writing and presenting reports
• Managing projects

Qualifications:

• M.Sc./Ph.D in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in formulation development (an advantage)
• Experience in physical chemistry, surface chemistry, and colloids (an advantage)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
