Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Help Desk Specialist at Aman Group located in Petah Tikva. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and help desk support to users. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop computers, Laptops and Servers and provide excellent customer support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Troubleshooting experience
• Documenting processes and maintaining service desk records.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and MAC OS
• Customer Support skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that IT needs are met.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in IT or related field
