We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Operation Management. As the right-hand to the COO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the COO to develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and control various tasks within the operation to ensure timely completion and adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service quality and satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
• Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness across operations.
• Optimize workflows and processes to streamline operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
• Promote communication and collaboration between the R&D and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies into production processes.
• Plan the activity for the year and conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in Priority.
• Excellent project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
