An Israeli startup company developing a unique fully automated robotic solution for warehouses. The product is easily adapting to the customers current working model of operation and combines the intelligence and flexibility of humans with the power and efficiency of robots.

Job Description and responsibilities:

• Manage the engineers team members -Plan and coordinate the work

• Provides professional training and mentoring as needed

• Conduct team members performance reviews, including measurables KPIs.

• Participate in the mechanical design of the product.

Requirements:

• Mechanical engineering, 7+ years of experience in mechanical design of multidisciplinary products and actuated mechanisms.

• 5 years of leading and managing an engineering department.

• Experience in design from concept to implementation through all design phases.

• Experience with task management tools.

• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office, with “hands-on” experience in assembly of mechanisms and practical engineering.

• Creative, with “out of the box” mindset, team-player and with great communication skills.
