Responsibilities:

Lead product development from ideation to regulatory approval.
Formulate and develop product formulations and processes.
Conduct scientific research including experiment planning, results analysis, and drawing conclusions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, marketing, and intellectual property requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers.
Work within a GMP environment.
Engage in multi-interface activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Pharmacy/Life Sciences/Food Engineering or related field – mandatory.
Master's degree or higher – an advantage.
Experience in formulating and manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products for oral administration – mandatory.
Experience in submitting dossiers to health authorities – mandatory.
Managerial/Team leadership skills – significant advantage.
Experience working in a GMP environment – mandatory.
Proficiency in English at an advanced level – mandatory.
High scientific abilities, self-learning skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
