Role Description (Technical Support - Tier 2)

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist at DOKKA. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be required to provide excellent customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be the go-to person for resolving customer concerns, which Tier-1 could not support, and providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• MUST - at least 2-3 years experience in technical support
• MUST - strong communication skills.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical Skills and Problem-solving abilities
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus
