System & Cloud Administrator team lead

Job Description

Ceragon IT team is looking for a team leader a for system & cloud administrator.

Work as part of the global IT team, be responsible of the company WW infrastructure, monitor and prevent failures and service interruptions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, leading a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The candidate should possess expertise in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Vmware, Citrix, Intune , SCCM, budget management, and project management.

Job Description

• Lead and mentor a global IT team, be responsible of the company WW infrastructure, monitor and prevent failures and service interruptions.
• Manage Microsoft AD and Azure AD environment
• Plan, design and configure systems in PaaS \ SaaS \ IaaS environments.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud and on-premise systems.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance and availability of the infrastructure.
• Lead Project from initiation to completion
• manage the IT Infrastructure department budget
• Innovation , strategy and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator or cloud engineer.
• At least 5 years of experience as leadership & experience in IT / System Admin position
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN , Vmware, citrix , Intune , SCCM.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and automation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
