Sales Operation Manager

Description

• Customer focal point for all order related issues
• Manage sales orders from PO to POD
• Booking the PO’s in ERP.
• Update customers with supply plan.
• Coordinate with customer forecast vs. actual PO’s
• Working with relevant departments about any issue in sale order
• Control sales order status.
• Invoice
• Plan & Control shipping plan.
• Manage KPI’s and QBR with customers.
• Manage RMA from customer complaints to ship repaired units back to customer.
• License management
• Manage logistics according to customer incoterm agreement.
  
  

• Experience with international customers – Mandatory
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal – Mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Priority – Advantage
