The Quality Assurance Engineer Role

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

• Testing New Functionalities: Collaborate closely with development teams to test new functionalities for existing products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure our products meet established quality standards in terms of reliability, usability, and performance.
• Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and report product issues, verify their resolution, and work proactively to address any quality-related concerns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agile teams and R&D support to understand customer requirements and ensure they are met through high-quality products.
  
  

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

• At least 2 years’ experience testing software products
• Knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of QA
• Excellent system analysis skills
• Strong technology background and understanding of different architectures.
• Proven ability to work well with others in a fast paced, iterative product definition and development environment.
• Fast learner with an ability to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
• Ability to communicate and express thoughts and ideas in a group.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to react quickly to changing requirements due to product limitations or enterprise needs.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field - advantage
• Windows/Linux - Must
• SQL language, database systems - Must
• Python/Perl/Shell - Scripting language and/or C#/JAVA - programming language - Advantage
• High Availability and database clusters - Advantage
• Networking - Advantage
