Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at TALGIL. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. They will collaborate to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operations management - Minimum 5 years
• Strong technical background in Electronics
• Proficiency in using Priority ERP software

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of quality management and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
