This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist at Synel MLL PayWay Ltd. located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to resolve their technical problems in a timely manner.
