SpeedSize is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist our company in expanding its customer base. The sales development representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.
The ideal candidate will join our growing team and should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, they should also demonstrate the ability to meet KPIs and deadlines and have strong analytical skills.
As a SDR at SpeedSize you will...
· Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities and inbound lead follow-up
· Manage, Nurture, and Grow a pipeline of interested prospects
· Maintain sales data through CRM Software that will influence monthly/quarterly sales reports, pipelines, forecasts, etc.
· Research through searches and other sales tools to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers
· Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling, LinkedIn, emails, and other resources
· Generate meetings and move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson
· Following up with potential customers to set up new meetings and follow-up meetings
· Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are me

REQUIREMENTS
To be a SDR at SpeedSize you need...
· At least one year of experience with a similar role in a SaaS company - with a proven track record of success
· Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service orientation
· Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Good time management and analytical skills
· Experience in cold calling and generating new leads
· Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Hubspot CRM - an advantage
· Excellent spoken and written English, additional languages (Spanish / German, etc.) - an advantage
