Over the past 4.5 years, we have developed one of the smartest and most sophisticated autonomous trading technologies that has now served over 200 enterprise clients, traded hundreds of billions of dollars and is one of the major liquidity providers in the digital asset space.
As an SDR you will be responsible for leading and growing the company's sales efforts and revenues worldwide.
You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with major industry players such as leading blockchain projects, exchanges, investment companies and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold reach out to customer leads through LinkedIn and Twitter
- Research new opportunities and leads through Twitter, Medium, Crunchbase, conferences, personal network, etc.
- Work with the sales and operations team to analyze new opportunities
- Communicate actively with prospects and partners through Telegram, Twitter, email, etc.
- Follow up with leads to qualify them and work with the whole sales and customer success team to convert them into clients
- Analyze new projects with a critical mind and present findings to the rest of the team
- Hit sales targets every quarter alongside the rest of the team
- 1+ year of experience as a Sales Representative / Sales Development Representative
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and practices
- Relationship management skills
- Demonstrated interest and understanding of capital markets and crypto / Web 3
- Experience working in a remote capacity with a focus on communication through Slack and task management platforms like Asana
- Strong persuasion and sales skills
- A hustler mentality and a strong sense of grit - there is little hand-holding at this job so you will have to hold yourself accountable
- It is crucial to communicate effectively, pay close attention, and be able to clearly outline next steps, as well as ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Self-motivation, natural curiosity and results-driven approach.

- Creative and outside the box thinking while being highly hands-on and practical

- Experience working with collaboration platforms (such as Slack, Asana, CRM etc.)
