Office Administrator

Job Description

We're seeking an office administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. We're a fast-paced multidisciplinary startup, and this position plays a vital role in maintaining seamless operations for our office, employees candidates and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees as needed
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as welcoming candidates and guests, receiving shipments, etc
• Work with various suppliers and office interfaces
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including overseeing facilities management and cooperate with building maintenance services
• Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workspaces, setting up equipment, and providing necessary resources
  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks such as managing schedules and coordinating meetings
• Highly collaborative, communicative and great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills and positive can-do attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve
