IT Infrastructure Global Systems & Technologies Team manager

We are seeking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Global Systems & technologies to lead the team that is responsible for the company's Global IT infrastructure systems technologies, worldwide.

The scope of this role is to lead the team, evaluate technologies, architect and design solutions, implement and manage the systems and technologies, and support the company's business and operational processes and needs.

The Candidate should have a strong professional and management background in IT infrastructure systems, technologies and team leadership skills.

Responsibility for Global infra system technologies: Servers hardware and operating systems, Active-Directory, DNS & DHCP, VMware platforms, Cloud environments, CloudOps & Finops, DRP, systems Security and infrastructure software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT professionals to a high-performance culture and deliverables, to achieve their goals and objectives and meet the workplan
• Manage the staff by recruiting, training and coaching the employees, professional development, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Oversee the planning, architecture, design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure systems
• Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of all systems under the team's responsibility
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions on time
• Manage failures events to resume business fast, conclude the root cause and implement proactive measures
• Ensures high quality of the services provided to internal customers
• Manage infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget and quality, according to the IT methodology
• Administer and troubleshoot all systems under the team's responsibility, Implement best practices for system performance, security, and scalability.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the Infrastructure system

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an IT Infra system team lead for at least 3 years - Must
• Must have hands-on practical experience in system administration, strong professional knowledge
• Hands-on management approach
• Ability to work under pressure with mission-critical systems (24x7 Support)
• Ability to troubleshoot issues
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to travel aboard
