Product Manager

We are looking for a hungry and passionate Product Manager to join our team!

BTB (Be The Bank), the leading P2P lending platform in Israel, is going through a revolution and we need strong product managers to join us in this journey.

What will you do?

• You will build and own Loans and Investments related products for both internal teams and consumers.
• You will perform market research and competitive analysis to help with shaping and positioning the company’s products solution and strategy.
• You will be responsible for the business growth by identifying areas where product and innovative processes in your domain can make an impact on conversions and retention.
• You will understand your product's impact on P&L and cash flows and translate the business goals into a clear roadmap.
• Own the product life cycle: market, BI, and user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs, and development process.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from various internal stakeholders.
• Track and assist in the execution of product roadmaps, development schedules, and product/component designs.
• Work closely with R&D, product team & design team as well as finance teams and internal stakeholders.
  
  

• 4+ years of hands-on product management experience, with proven success in delivering products and building complex business processes.
• Strong leadership abilities - you are comfortable driving discussion across functions and levels and arriving at clear goals and outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical decision making skills, driven by data and facts.
• Business thinking and the ability to gather and use information and create functional business strategies designed to succeed.
• Great verbal & written communication skills, always aiming for clarity and no ambiguity when describing use cases and features.
• Obsession with user experience and a need to continuously simplify complicated subjects.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, takes full ownership of projects.
• Independent and self-learner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with B2C web applications.
• Previous experience in Fintech - A must.
