As a Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted advisor to the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and senior management and work closely with the different teams to drive the organization's processes and strategic transformation.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• Structure complex, ambiguous technical & strategic problems for the organization leadership team,
• Help monitor and improve organizational health across our teams.
• Drive organization rhythm of business while building and leading new transformational processes.
• Drive content creation, including design, narrative, and data analysis, for key internal & external communications, including team and company all-hands, newsletters, external appearances, and blogs
• Be able to transform Strategic Direction into 6-page documents and working backwards documents.
• Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations for Payoneer.
• Partner with the R&D, data, IT, product, operations, HR, Finance, and business teams to use data & insights to make informed judgments.
• Steer large, cross-functional projects and build consensus with senior leadership across the organization.
• Track record in driving operational excellence, with experience planning, creating, and managing schedules and budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to navigate and network and lead by influence across organizations and all levels.

Have you done this kind of stuff?

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in any combination of Chief of Staff to a product or technical executive (product management, software engineering, analytics / DS, etc.)
• A top-tier professional services firm (management consulting or investment banking)
• Business Operations or internal strategy
• Product management leadership
• Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Business understanding, including experience working with budgets and P&L
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills, with the interpersonal capability to ensure they are implemented
• Passion for solving complex problems, and building scalable processes. Be a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, excellent multitasking, and prioritization skills
• Ability to lead without authority and to collaborate with all levels/areas across the company
• Ability to anticipate and to take mitigating steps to avoid/quickly resolve issues that may occur
• Flexibility to adjust to change and to new ways of working
• Independent, self-starting work style
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in a technical field
• Previous Chief of Staff experience, especially for product or technical leadership
