We're on the lookout for a creative and strategic Art Director to spearhead our social media, campaigns, and creative efforts. This role is critical in setting the visual and creative direction for our clients' brands across digital landscapes. The ideal candidate is someone with a profound passion for storytelling, an exceptional eye for design, and the ability to use the latest digital tools to produce content that captivates and engages.

• Lead and set the creative vision for social media campaigns, aligning with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.
• Ideate and execute compelling advertising campaigns in collaboration with our marketing team, from initial concept to final execution.
• Direct the production of visually stunning content for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Engage closely with clients to capture their vision and objectives, advising on visual strategies to elevate their online brand presence.
• Harness the capabilities of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance, refine strategies, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Utilize Canva for rapid, high-quality design creations and explore AI-driven design tools to enhance creative processes and outputs.
• Facilitate collaboration among marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and impactful.
• Keep pace with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and design technologies, integrating these insights into our creative offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a creative role, ideally within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• A robust portfolio that exhibits expertise in graphic design, campaign development, and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and an understanding of AI-driven design tools.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, capable of leading creative teams and engaging with clients directly.
• A strategic and creative thinker, adept in problem-solving and adapting to the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape.
