AffsMedia is a boutique startup based in the heart of Tel Aviv (near Rothschild Street), developing cutting-edge digital marketing technologies for the fast-paced eCommerce industry.

We’re looking for a Media Buyer / Campaign Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll lead online marketing efforts across various advertising platforms, manage digital assets, launch and optimize campaigns, analyze results, and identify new business opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to take full ownership of their tasks, work independently, and bring creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills to everything they do.

What you’ll do:

✅ Manage and optimize large-scale eCommerce marketing campaigns.

✅ Handle large budgets in competitive markets.

✅ Conduct marketing research and analyze performance data.

✅ Set up, implement, and track search & display campaigns.

✅ Work closely with business and technical teams.

✅ Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.

✅ Bring creativity and strong problem-solving skills to every challenge.

What we’re looking for:

At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Google Ads — minimum 1 year — Must.

Facebook Ads — minimum 1 year — Must.

Excellent analytical skills & high proficiency in Excel.

Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience working with AI tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

⭐Experience with additional online ad platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads).

⭐Academic background in science, business, or analytical fields.

⭐Experience with e-commerce conversion campaigns.

⭐Basic WordPress skills.
