Product Manager

Watchful is a fast-growing Israeli tech start-up based in Netanya (near Poleg train station) and develops an advanced competitive intelligence solution, trusted by product decision makers at Fortune 500 companies. We help our customers position their companies for success by revealing what their competitors are building, testing, and promoting before any public discovery.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an exceptional product manager to join us in building something unique!

Hands-on professional, obsessed with data, with strong technical and business orientation who can take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, activities, and execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from idea through development to launch and successful landing.
• Define and monitor OKR’s, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate on features to achieve product goals.
• Great communicator - Work closely with Watchful’s R&D, Customer Success, Sales & Marketing teams on requirements gathering, definition, and execution.
• Client facing - Lead conversations and relationship with strategic customers and partners.
• User advocate. Must have a deep understanding of users needs, by gathering and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to mobilize cross-functional teams.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management working on Enterprise SaaS B2B products.
• Understanding of technical architecture of complex highly scalable SaaS products.
• Entrepreneurial background or experience working in small start-ups.
• Strong data orientation - data analytics capabilities and basic understanding of statistics.
• Independent, self-starter, get things done mentality.
