In this role, you'll support global employees, handle technical issues, set up hardware and software, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, maintain equipment, enforce security practices, update stakeholders on system changes, and develop the company's IT knowledge base.

This is a hybrid role located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of critical systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly
• Provide 1st and 2nd-level support to all employees worldwide, including technical support, onboarding new users, setting up new hardware, environments and accounts, and applications installations.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for problem resolution and project management
• Configure, install and maintain all office technical equipment, including laptops, printers, monitors, multimedia, networks, and other IT peripherals, and manage the company’s inventory
• Build and maintain our IT knowledge base
• Implement and enforce corporate information security practices and technologies
• Effectively communicate system status, changes, and updates to internal stakeholders and management
  
  

• 4+ years experience in IT administration and support or similar roles from small to medium-sized global companies
• Experience with macOS and Windows operating systems
• Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting (macOS & Windows)
• In-depth experience with IT infrastructures, Networks, Cloud technologies (AWS preferably), GSuite, computer systems, security, systems administration, databases, and data storage systems
• Experience supporting services such as multimedia (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams), Slack, Email, Cloud Directory, SAML, and SSO environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal
• Problem solver and willing to provide the best service with empathy and patience
• Basic knowledge of scripting (Bash, Powershell, Python) - an advantage
• Knowledge of Linux - an advantage
• Knowledge of MDM solutions such as Jamf - an advantage
• Experience in developing internal user manuals, policies, and documentation - an advantage
