System Engineering Manager

As a System Engineering Manager, you will be pivotal in driving innovative solutions' design, development, and deployment. You will be leading a group of talented systems engineers to do so.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science

- 10+ years of experience as a system engineer of complex multidisciplinary systems, focusing on embedded systems, aerospace systems, AI, and computer vision.

- Deep practical knowledge of complete development lifecycle processes.

- Experience in defense and aerospace systems, including avionics.

- Proven leadership experience.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive deadlines.

- Willingness to travel abroad on short notice

- Hands-on development experience with image/video-based systems, Edge - AI systems, IoT devices, and camera sensors, combined with cloud-based systems.
