Our mission is to provide 100% real, actionable intelligence on threats emerging from cybercrime underground, to support the prevention of digital crimes. We help organizations worldwide uncover and neutralize their most relevant cybersecurity threats coming from the hardest-to-reach places on the internet. We are looking for a highly motivated Controller assistant to join our growing Finance team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience from one of the “Big Four” accounting firms.
• Experience in High-tech sector in a SaaS company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High accounting skills- US-GAAP an advantage.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to problem solving.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in High-tech sector in a SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual US GAAP consolidated financial statements including managing and developing month-end accounting processes and standards.
• Oversight of the revenue cycle including revenue recognition, invoicing, collections, revenue metrics.
• Preparation of corporate annual tax returns and financial statements.
• Budget tracking and maintaining an analysis vs. actual.
• Coordinate with external auditors, bookkeepers, banks and other third-party vendors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPI’s.
