What We're Seeking:  

We're in search of a Product Marketing Coordinator to participate in both the Israeli and Global brands. As the Product Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for facilitating seamless coordination among various functions and roles within the companies and outside, ensuring efficient, timely, quality & effectiveness driven deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's studio work, including production of web assets, emails, articles, graphics, videos and more. Working with  writers, designers, illustrators, developers & specialty consultants as well as prioritizing tasks and ensuring adherence to schedules.

Uploading content such as articles and videos to the appropriate content delivery system, such as WordPress.

Verify deliverables effectiveness using various analytics tools and reports, such as GA4.

Collaborate closely with all the other companies' departments, agencies and suppliers in a joint effort to enhance the company's products.

Requirements:

Skills: Strong project management abilities, multitasking, communication skills, collaboration, and data analysis skills.

Personal traits: responsible, self-motivated, proactive, details oriented with the ability to initiate and lead various activities and projects.

Excellent people & communications skills in both Hebrew and English.

Ability to perform some tasks during US business hours when required in order to achieve the goals.

excel – important.

Technological background or skills – high advantage.

Advantage for familiarity with: WordPress, GA4, Mix panel, Active Campaign, Adobe, Asana, Figma, Adobe.

Bachelor's degree - advantage.
