Senior User Acquisition Specialist

Lightbits Labs is seeking a senior user acquisition specialist with experience in B2B SaaS or data storage companies to join the marketing team with the primary objective of using digital/online channels to reach potential customers. The marketing team is responsible for the website, social media channels, all integrated lead and demand gen campaigns, marketing operations, field marketing, corporate communications, content marketing, sales and channel enablement; this role will report to the VP of Marketing located in San Jose, Calif., United States.
The ideal candidate for this role has worked as a senior user acquisition specialist with subject matter expertise in social media, email, website optimization, and online advertising and has a proven track record of achieving lead goals. You’ll be passionate about experimenting with innovative digital channels to reach the buyer and produce creative content that delights and engages customers at all stages of their buyer journey. At Lightbits, you’ll partner with the product marketing team, business development reps, and other members of the marketing team with operational oversight to drive digital marketing projects from planning to launch, to reporting and analyzing—all with Light Speed.
You will be confident navigating a multitude of diverse digital marketing activities in a fast-paced startup environment, from content to email marketing and social media to SEO and SEM. You’ll be a high performer amid tight deadlines and changing requirements, have strong project management and creative skills, an understanding of enterprise/cloud data storage customer behavior, and a strong aptitude for analytics and data-driven decision-making.
About Lightbits Labs
Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize customer acquisition efforts across digital channels to accelerate inbound inquiries and reach pipeline targets. Digital channels include end-to-end responsibility for Lightbits.com, social media channels, email marketing, and digital advertising.
● Serve as the center of excellence to the larger Lightbits organization on all aspects of social media, email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising
● Oversee and manage the digital marketing applications and toolsets, including but not limited to hands-on programming, data governance, and integration of the applications with the marketing automation system and CRM.
● Plan and manage a digital marketing calendar of activities/events and collaborate across functional roles within the organization (i.e., Product Marketing, Business Development reps (BDRs), Solution Engineers, Product Management, and Sales) to curate content and execute campaigns and programs.
● Track KPIs and provide reports and performance analysis identifying trends and optimizing campaigns to improve results. Capture and report lead generation metrics and digital marketing program ROI in Salesforce.com. Monitor website performance and social media engagement reports to identify best practices of customer engagement an interaction.
Requirements:
● 3-5 years online marketing experience
● Mandatory proficiency in WordPress, Hootsuite, Salesforce.com, and Marketo.
● Expertise in Google Analytics and Adwords, social media digital advertising, ahrefs, SEMrush, and CYFE
● Experience in A/B testing, SEO, and SEM best practices and methodologies
● Preferred domain experience in data storage, SaaS, and/or startup
● Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
● Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization.
