QA Automation Lead

To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Product Designers to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability and leading the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Test Strategy Development: Design comprehensive test plans and cases that thoroughly cover all aspects of our products, ensuring they meet the required specifications
• Test Execution & Reporting: Perform extensive testing, document findings, and report on the outcomes, with a focus on identifying any defects or inconsistencies
• Defect Management: Log and track bugs, collaborating closely with the development team to resolve issues and validate fixes
• Quality Standards Adherence: Uphold and enforce strict quality standards, ensuring compliance with both internal and industry-specific benchmarks
• Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve the efficiency and coverage of our testing processes
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand product features and ensure they align with user needs and expectations
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to enhancing testing methodologies and tooling
• User Experience Testing: Ensure our products provide an intuitive and seamless user experience
• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation about testing processes and product functionalities
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or corresponding certification
• 5+ years of experience in QA testing or similar roles
• Proficiency in automated testing tools like Python, Selenium, Postman, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube, CodeGuru, DBUnit, etc
