Junior QA specialist (Manual) - Hybrid

We are looking for a detail-oriented biologist to join our software QA (Quality Assurance) team as junior QA Specialist.

The QA Specialist's responsibilities include:

• Monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve our company's final products
• Writing test plans for new features and enhancements
• Reviewing and analyzing system specifications of new designs
• Executing test cases and analyzing the results
• Conducting release regression tests
• Finding, reporting and documenting bugs and technical issues
• Presenting solutions to help our company maintain the highest quality standard
• Communicating the users’ experience to the development team in order to assure a consistently improving product
• Coordinating, developing and implementing quality assurance policies and testing processes
  
  

• Minimal - BSc in Biology with laboratory bench experience. MSc or PhD are a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Proficient in English (Writing, Reading and Conversational)
• Be incredibly thorough
• Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field is a plus
• Basic / Advanced knowledge of programming (Python, JS) or QA studies a plus
