Backend Core Team Leader- (relocation)

✈️ Exciting Opportunity for a Relocation as a Backend Core Team Leader✈️

We’re seeking an experienced BackEnd engineer to join and lead our team, to enhance our cyber security product development.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain the architecture of server-side applications.

• Lead a team of 6-8 senior developers in a fast-moving start-up atmosphere.

• Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.

• Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.

• Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and s.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-ed code that adheres to industry standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

• Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability. • Implement security and data protection measures.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.

• Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the development process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Go – at least 2 years.

• At least 12 years of experience as a backend software engineer (python, ruby, java, node or equivalent).

• At least 4 years of experience as a development team (4+ developers) leader.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with message brokers.

• Familiarity with event driven architecture.

• Familiarity with deployment cycles, CI/CD, containers, caching systems etc.

• Experience with any no-SQL and SQL databases.

• Experience with API design. Advantages:

• Experience in a cyber-security organization - Strongly preferred.

• Computer science or equivalent degree.

• Experience with FrontEnd technologies.

• Experienced with GraphQL server/client.
