**Responsibilities include:**

- Membership in the factory management.

- Project management within the automation field, including investment planning.

- Implementing continuous improvement processes for machinery reliability and energy management.

- Professional development of maintenance and infrastructure teams.

- Providing technical engineering support to maintenance and production departments, resolving production issues, and optimizing workflows.

- Transitioning from reactive to proactive maintenance strategies and resource optimization.

- Managing supplier relationships for equipment maintenance and spare parts, ensuring adherence to inventory stock policies.

- Establishing and achieving annual and multi-year work plans (KPIs).

- Outsourcing management for factory projects.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - mandatory. Master's degree in Engineering - advantageous.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing complex engineering systems in a manufacturing plant, with significant preference given to candidates with food manufacturing experience.

- Knowledge of manufacturing infrastructure systems: cooling systems, compressors, high-voltage electricity, etc.

- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Oracle - advantageous.

- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking), with a focus on technical English.
