Responsibilities

• Lead the Cyber R&D Group that is in charge of developing realistic and advanced cyber-attacks and investigations end-to-end for training and simulation purposes.
• Manage the Offensive Security, Cyber Specialists, Secops and Cyber QA teams.
• Manage the content release flow including QA testing.
• Oversee the research and development of realistic and advanced cyber-attacks for training and simulation purposes, from ideation and requirements definition to product release.
• Work alongside the R&D teams including SW developers, security analysts, DevOps and CloudOps while working on some of the most advanced security technologies and techniques.
  
  

• 6+ years of managerial experience in the cybersecurity field, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity attack vectors, vulnerabilities and exploits
• Extensive knowledge of procedures, policies, and industry best practices common in the cyber security field.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services as well as organizational infrastructure.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into R&D workplans and initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
