Senior Product Manager

A global enterprise that uses engineering and technology to innovate across various sectors such as financial services, technology, healthcare, blockchain, and real estate is seeking a Senior Product Manager to be responsible for both inbound and outbound B2C products to one of the group's most innovative brands.

The Role

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining, designing, and managing the product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as development, design, and analytics, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary product information. This is a full-time position!

What will your days with us look like?

Define, monitor and always strive to improve your Product’s KPIs
Manage Product Roadmaps: Oversee web/mobile product roadmaps, focusing on lifecycle management for sustained product success.
Product Development: Lead A/B testing, user story creation, wireframe development, and requirement analysis. Prioritize product backlog effectively.
Feature Release and Optimization: Monitor feature performance post-release, using data to drive enhancements and optimizations.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with R&D, Design, Business, and other teams for smooth feature implementation.
Improve Customer Experience: Identify and execute initiatives to elevate the user experience based on feedback and technical assessments.
Maintain and Enhance Product Features: Regularly update and refine product features to maintain relevance and user engagement.

Requirements - What will you bring?

3+ years of relevant work experience
Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Dynamic and adaptable to rapid changes, who moves and shakes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Experience in designing, developing, and launching successful B2C products
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience in a fintech company - Advantage
experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday and knowledge of Atlassian products - Advantage
