Role Description

Full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Team Manager:

• Overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the technical support team
• Defining and leading a high Quality of Service and SLA, including providing technical assistance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective communication with clients.
• Defining and improving the internal work processes and KPI.

Qualifications

• Passion for Customer Experience.
• Managing a support team - at least one year experience.
• Help Desk experience.
• Customer Satisfaction and Support skills
• Analytical Skills and Technical Support skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in the digital signage industry is a plus
