HR Manager

Blockaid is an innovative blockchain technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the future of web3 security. Blockaid works with some of the biggest companies in web3/crypto to protect their users from fraud, phishing, and hack.

We are looking for a HR Manager who will join our growing team. In this role you will lead HR process and be part of building our company future & culture.

What you will do:

• Support internal HR communications and implement global HR processes;
• Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, on boarding to off boarding;
• Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders and employees;
• Ensure HR systems are up-dated, and able to leverage insights based on data to assess and impact the business units;
• Assisting with drafting company policies and employee handbook;
• Ensuring all employees acknowledge company policies;
• Creating and managing the performance management process of employees;
• Own the end-to-end Vendor Management Operations;
• Interact with other departments (legal, accounting) to solve problems;
• Monitoring and control of processes and goals alongside large-scale projects;

What you need:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at a tech/start-up company.
• Proven experience in leading End-to-End crossed teams projects.
• Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Collaborator, a team player and an active listener- an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships.
• Attendance at the office in Tel-Aviv is required.
