Financial Controller

We are looking for a talented Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. Operating within a hybrid work model, we offer excellent conditions for our employees. As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support company growth

What will you do as a Controller?

• Lead in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing financial statements and tax filings.
• Preparation of periodic and yearly financial reports, providing detailed financial reports for senior leadership.
• Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Budget preparation, and budget versus actual reporting.
• Provide periodical management reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors, etc.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, billing, and collection processes
• Keep track of accounts payable and receivable.
• Work closely with subsidiaries, with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements, provide support and guidelines to the local finance teams
• Review payroll and expense reports for all subsidiaries
• Reconcile intercompany balances to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team’s activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders.
• Work with the company’s external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Who is the Controller we are looking for:

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm – Must.
• Experience working with Netsuite – Must
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 4 years as a controller in a global high-tech organization in growth stage.
• Experience working with subsidiaries – Must
• Ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel skills.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines with strong organizational and priority setting skills
