Employee Experience Manager

We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our team at DRS RADA as part of our dynamic HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and Manage EE Yearly Plan: Develop and oversee the Employee Experience yearly plan, programs, and events from strategy planning to execution. This includes budget management, vendor coordination, timelines, branding, logistics, and more.
• Feedback Monitoring: Monitor employee feedback and ensure that our EE strategies evolve accordingly to enhance the employee experience continuously.
• Employee Consultancy: Act as a focal point for employee requests, questions, and consultancy services to ensure a positive and engaging employee experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand and address diverse employee needs effectively.
• HR Activities Management: Oversee the purchasing cycle for all HR activities, from purchase requests to invoice receipt, ensuring smooth operations.
• Training Support: Provide support for training administration activities as required to promote employee development.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in managing Employee Experience, preferably in a high-tech, multi-disciplinary company. Experience in an industrial setting is advantageous.
• Project Management Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage various projects and initiatives simultaneously with curiosity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be a strong team player.
• Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in both English and Hebrew, both verbal and written, is required for effective communication within our diverse team.
